The prologue of the 2024 Dakar Rally is finished for Michel Kremer and Thomas de Bois. In the Century CR6 the feeling is good, despite a small navigation error that cost the duo some time. The rally really starts tomorrow and that cannot be soon enough for Kremer and De Bois.
Michel is happy that the rally has started. “Well, we’re off! We had the prologue, and we drove well. We just made a navigation error, luckily, we were not the only ones.”
Despite the mistake, Kremer is satisfied. “In the end we did a good job. The car feels good, and the feeling is also good. Tomorrow we will really start, so let it begin.”
Tomorrow the first stage of the Dakar Rally takes place. The caravan goes from Al Ula to Al Henakiyah via a challenging and long stage of 414 kilometers.
